Quality Policy

The primary objective of I.L.MA.SUB Srl is to pursue complete customer satisfaction at all levels and through the involvement of everyone, and to make the Company a leader in its sector by providing high-quality, reliable services that comply with standards, laws, and contractual requirements.

The Management’s objective is to create, through the common language of quality, a new corporate culture focused on problem prevention, providing each employee with the tools to improve and thus participate constructively in the Company’s growth.

The Quality Policy is strictly oriented towards protecting the environment and the health of employees and those who use the services offered.

To this end, the Management pursues the following objectives:

  • the complete satisfaction of the needs and expectations of interested parties;
  • the constant reduction of business risks;
  • the correct definition of the requirements of the services provided in accordance with the quality expected by the customer;
  • reduction of the costs necessary to correct non-conformities and the pursuit of continuous improvement;
  • the fight against climate change;
  • staff involvement;
  • supplier involvement;
  • increase in turnover and expansion of areas of presence.

The Company Management is committed to supporting and disseminating this Quality Policy within the Company. In particular, it undertakes to:

  • maintain and continuously improve a documented Quality Management System in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015;
  • constantly improve company performance by identifying specific measurable improvement objectives for QMS processes;
  • monitor process performance by defining specific measurable indicators;
  • conduct processes in compliance with current environmental and safety laws;
  • streamline the organization and services provided;
    ensure an adequate working environment and functional and safe equipment;
  • carry out activities in accordance with the requirements of contractual specifications and/or applicable regulations and/or internal operating procedures;
  • train and qualify its personnel;
  • identify adequate resources to be made available, including the assignment of qualified personnel for the management, execution, and verification of work, including internal audits;
  • disseminate the Quality Policy through:
    • targeted distribution of documentation describing the QMS,
    • meetings,
    • staff training,
    • posting of the Policy signed by Management in meeting areas.


Improvement objectives are constantly reviewed and updated as necessary during the periodic review of the QMS.
