History

I.L.MA.SUB. S.R.L. was born in the 50’s by Pietro Bortoletto, Sergio Conni e Antonio Toschi three Sea lovers and expert hat divers/scuba divers.

From the 11/09/1967 it has been registered at the Savona’s Chamber of Commerce and at the Artisan Companies Register.

In 1999 was transformed into limited liability company, under the leadership of Pietro Bortoletto and from 2006 under his son Pierluigi, Technical Director in underwater works and commercial diving with over than 35 years of experience, with the cooperation of highly professional administrative and technical staff
I.L.MA.SUB. handles all kind of maritime works using its own vessels (tug boats, crane barges) and underwater works carried by specialized commercial divers and highly qualified seafarers.

The Company’s primary objective is to pursue the customer satisfaction at every level and to became the leader company in its own business through the supply of high quality and reliable services, in conformity of laws, regulations and contract requirements.

I.L.MA.SUB. S.r.l. carries its activities strictly oriented to the protection of the environment, the health of employees and those who use the services offered; maintaining and improving constantly the quality management system according the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, the safety management according the EXXON MOBIL OIMS certification and the conformity to UNI 11366 and international criteria for underwater works, with the supervision of hyperbaric technicians using advanced equipment and decompression chambers.

The company is also RINA certified for underwater inspections and Nondestructive testing (NDT)

The high specialization of the company allowed the consolidation of a remarkable client base: Public institutions, private companies, oil companies, merchant navy companies and travel & shipping companies uses the offered services,
